1 Die Sitzungen erfolgen nach Bedarf, mindestens jedoch einmal pro Quartal. Das Personalamt führt das Sekretariat und erstellt einen Sitzungskalender. 2 Prüfungsanträge nach Art. 4 Abs. 1 Ziff. 1, 2 und 5 müssen vom zuständigen Vorsteher oder von der zuständigen Vorsteherin visiert sein. 3 Die Sitzungsprotokolle sind im Gemeinderat zirkulieren zu lassen.
