§ 14 Vorläufig vollstreckbarer Schuldtitel. Vorbehaltsurteil
Liegt ein nur vorläufig vollstreckbarer Schuldtitel des Gläubigers oder ein unter Vorbehalt ergangenes Urteil vor, so ist in dem Urteil, das den Anfechtungsanspruch für begründet erklärt, die Vollstreckung davon abhängig zu machen, daß die gegen den Schuldner ergangene Entscheidung rechtskräftig oder vorbehaltlos wird.
