§ 34 Beförderungen zu privaten Zwecken
(1) Werden mehr als 110 Liter Bier nach § 19 des Gesetzes zu privaten Zwecken in das Steuergebiet befördert, wird widerleglich vermutet, dass das Bier zu gewerblichen Zwecken in das Steuergebiet geliefert wird (§§ 20 bis 20c des Gesetzes).
(2) Die Weitergabe von Bier, auch wenn sie unentgeltlich erfolgt, gilt unabhängig von der verbrachten Menge nicht als Eigenbedarf nach § 19 des Gesetzes.
