§ 1. Konventsiooni ajutise impordi kohta (edaspidi konventsioon) artikli 29 lõike 1 alusel teha järgmine reservatsioon:
Euroopa Ühenduse liikmesriigina on Eesti Vabariik delegeerinud oma pädevuse konventsioonis käsitletud valdkondades Euroopa Ühendusele. Eesti Vabariigi suhtes kehtivad Euroopa Ühenduse tehtud reservatsioonid.
