Art. 20
Ist die beschränkte persönliche Haftung oder die Nachschusspflicht der Genossenschafter keine solidarische, so findet ein zusätzliches Verteilungsverfahren nach Artikel 17 nicht statt. Für die Aufstellung des endgültigen Verteilungsplanes gilt Artikel 19 sinngemäss; eine Verlegung des Fehlbetrages nach Absatz 1 Satz 3 unterbleibt.
