§ 3 Stellung im Rechtsverkehr
(1) Der Fonds ist nicht rechtsfähig, er kann unter seinem Namen im Rechtsverkehr handeln, klagen und verklagt werden. Der allgemeine Gerichtsstand des Fonds ist der Sitz der Bundesregierung. Der Bundesminister der Finanzen verwaltet das Sondervermögen. (2) Der Fonds ist von dem übrigen Vermögen des Bundes, seinen Rechten und Verbindlichkeiten zu trennen. Für die Verbindlichkeiten des Fonds haftet der Bund.
