§ 21c Bescheinigung über die Unbrauchbarmachung
Hat die zuständige Behörde die ordnungsgemäße Unbrauchbarmachung der Schusswaffe nach § 21a Absatz 1 festgestellt und hat der Antragsteller nachgewiesen, dass er ausreichende Maßnahmen zur Verhinderung des Zerlegens getroffen hat, so stellt ihm die zuständige Behörde eine Bescheinigung über die erfolgreiche Unbrauchbarmachung nach dem Muster in Anhang III der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2015/2403 aus.
