§ 22
(1) Im Falle einer Anforderung nach § 2 Abs. 1 Nr. 9 hat der Leistungsempfänger eine Entschädigung zu zahlen, die sich nach den im Wirtschaftsverkehr für vergleichbare Leistungen üblichen Entgelten und Tarifen bemißt. (2) Im Fall einer Anforderung nach § 2 Abs. 1 Nr. 10 hat der Leistungsempfänger für Leistungen, die auf Grund des Vertrags erbracht werden, eine nach Absatz 1 zu bemessende Entschädigung zu zahlen, sofern nicht ein Entgelt vereinbart ist.
