§ 44
(1) Auf die Erzwingung von Handlungen, Duldungen oder Unterlassungen, die nach diesem Gesetz angefordert werden, sind die Vorschriften des Verwaltungs-Vollstreckungsgesetzes vom 27. April 1953 (Bundesgesetzbl. I S. 157) entsprechend anzuwenden. Gegen Leistungsempfänger, die Bedarfsträger sind, darf der Verwaltungszwang nicht angewandt werden. (2) Vollzugsbehörde ist die Anforderungsbehörde oder die Behörde, die von der Landesregierung bestimmt wird. Die Vollzugsbehörde kann die Verwaltungshilfe anderer Behörden in Anspruch nehmen.
