Wer Anspruch auf Entschädigung oder Ersatzleistung erhebt, hat der Anforderungsbehörde schriftlich oder zur Niederschrift zu erklären, ob und welche anderen Personen nach seiner Kenntnis ein Recht auf die Entschädigung oder Ersatzleistung geltend machen oder geltend machen können. Die Erklärung ist dem Zahlungspflichtigen und den als Berechtigte benannten Personen zuzustellen.
