§ 54
(1) Durch Hinterlegung in den Fällen des § 51 Abs. 5 und des § 53 wird der Zahlungspflichtige von seiner Zahlungspflicht befreit. (2) Die Pflicht zur Hinterlegung nach § 51 Abs. 5 und § 53 entfällt, soweit eine Einigung der Beteiligten über die Auszahlung nachgewiesen ist. (3) Andere Vorschriften, nach denen die Hinterlegung geboten oder statthaft ist, bleiben unberührt.
