Wer in der Absicht, die angeforderte Leistung zu vereiteln, eine der in § 84 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 oder Abs. 2 bezeichneten Handlungen oder Unterlassungen begeht und dadurch das öffentliche Wohl erheblich gefährdet, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
