1 Si toutes les conditions sont remplies et après consultation de la Commission intercommunale, le Conseil communal accorde l’autorisation demandée et remet au conducteur une autorisation valable jusqu’au 31 décembre et dont le renouvellement doit intervenir chaque année avant le 15 décembre. 2 Le conducteur en service doit être porteur de l’autorisation et la présenter à la requête d’un intéressé. La présentation du carnet peut également être exigée hors service, lorsqu’il s’agit d’élucider certains faits.
