4 Verkehrshauszone 1 Die Verkehrshauszone dient dem Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung «Verkehrshaus der Schweiz». 2 Zulässig sind Bauten, Anlagen und Nutzungen für Kultur, Museum, Schule, Konferenzen, Beherbergung, Sport und Freizeit. 3 Fremdnutzungen wie Büro, Verkauf, Dienstleistungen und Gastronomie sind zugelassen. Der Anteil dieser Fremdnutzungen darf maximal 15 % der Hauptnutzflächen betragen. Verkaufsflächen von Waren für den täglichen und häufigen periodischen Bedarf sind nicht zulässig. 4 Es gilt die Lärmempfindlichkeitsstufe II.
