Wettsteinparkzone (WE) (Ordnungsnummer 184) 1 In der Wohnzone mit der Ordnungsnummer 184 sind in den Flächen A (Gebäudegrundfläche max. 433 m²) und B (Gebäudegrundfläche max. 284 m²) nur Gebäude mit Flachdächern zulässig. 2 Die zulässige Dachrandkote wird wie folgt festgelegt: – Punkt 1: 497,80 m ü. M. – Punkt 2: 498,10 m ü. M. – Punkt 3: 499,20 m ü. M. – Punkt 4: 499,05 m ü. M. – Punkt 5: 494,50 m ü. M. – Punkt 6: 494,60 m ü. M. – Punkt 7: 495,70 m ü. M. – Punkt 8: 495,05 m ü. M. 3 Es sind keine Kleinbauten, Einfriedungen und Zäune zulässig. 4 Die Villa Friedheim (Fläche C) ist zu erhalten.
