§ 6 Verwaltungsvorschriften
(1) Das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie erläßt mit Zustimmung des Bundesrates zur Ausführung dieses Gesetzes und der auf Grund dieses Gesetzes erlassenen Rechtsverordnungen allgemeine Verwaltungsvorschriften. (2) Der Zustimmung des Bundesrates bedarf es nicht, soweit die allgemeinen Verwaltungsvorschriften an das Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA) oder an die Bundesnetzagentur für Elektrizität, Gas, Telekommunikation, Post und Eisenbahnen gerichtet sind.
