Paragrahvides 1 ja 2 nimetatud parkide ja puistute kaitsekord on sätestatud Vabariigi Valitsuse 3. märtsi 2006. a määrusega nr 64 «Kaitsealuste parkide, arboreetumite ja puistute kaitse-eeskiri».
