Art. 10 Kündigung während der Probezeit
Während der Probezeit kann das Arbeitsverhältnis von jeder Vertragspartei gekündigt werden: a. in den ersten zwei Monaten auf Ende der auf die Kündigung folgenden Woche; b. ab dem dritten Monat auf Ende des der Kündigung folgenden Monats.
