Art. 38 Überbrückungsrente
Bezieht eine Mitarbeiterin oder ein Mitarbeiter eine ganze oder eine halbe Überbrückungsrente, so übernimmt das ENSI die Hälfte der Kosten zur Finanzierung der effektiv bezogenen Überbrückungsrente, wenn das Arbeitsverhältnis vor dem Altersrücktritt mindestens fünf Jahre gedauert hat.
