§ 20 Bauland
Bei der Wertermittlung von Bauland ist sowohl dessen Entwicklungszustand als auch der künftige Bedarf an Baugrundstücken zu prüfen. Zu Bebauungsrecht, Erschließungszustand und eventuellen Altlasten ist im Gutachten Stellung zu nehmen. Nur gesichertes Bebauungsrecht darf berücksichtigt werden. § 15 ist entsprechend anzuwenden.
