Art. 7 Aufbewahrungsdauer
1 Daten, die nicht mit einem Fall verknüpft sind, werden zehn Jahre nach ihrer Erfassung gelöscht. 2 Die mit einem Fall verknüpften Daten werden zehn Jahre nach der letzten Bearbeitung des Falles zusammen mit dem Fall gelöscht. 3 Vom System automatisch abgeschlossene Interpol-Warnmeldungen werden unverzüglich gelöscht. 4 Die Protokolle werden zwei Jahre nach ihrer Erstellung gelöscht. 5 Vorbehalten bleiben die Bestimmungen des höherrangigen Rechts.
