§ 21. Teatamiskohustus
(1) Majandustegevusteate peab esitama järgmiste postiteenuste osutamise korral: 1) kullerpost; 2) otsepost; 3) perioodilise väljaande edastamine; 4) muud postiteenused. (2) Lisaks majandustegevuse seadustiku üldosa seaduses sätestatud andmetele märgitakse teates ka postiteenuse osutamise geograafiline piirkond. (3) Käesolevas paragrahvis sätestatud teatamiskohustus täidetakse üksnes Eesti teabevärava või notari kaudu.
