Prozedere bei vorberatenen Geschäften Wurde ein Geschäft durch eine Kommission vorberaten, erteilt die Präsidentin oder der Präsident zuerst der Kommissionspräsidentin oder dem Kommissionspräsidenten das Wort und anschliessend den übrigen Kommissionsmitgliedern.
