Einzelwahlen 1 Einzelwahlen erfolgen durch offenes Handmehr, sofern nicht mehr als ein Wahlvorschlag vorliegt oder von einem Mitglied des Rates geheime Wahl verlangt wird. 2 In den übrigen Fällen wird durch das Handmehr gesamthaft entschieden, sofern die Voraussetzungen von Absatz 1 gegeben sind und eine Reihenfolge nicht erforderlich ist.
