Bewilligungsgebühren 1 Die Bemessung der Gebühren richtet sich nach der kantonalen Gebührenordnung3. 1 Fassung vom 18. Oktober 2023 2 Fassung vom 29. Juni 2016 3 Verordnung vom 22. Februar 1995 über die Gebühren der Kantonsverwaltung (Gebührenverordnung, GebV; BSG 154.21), insbesondere Anhang VIII Ziffer 4, sowie die entsprechende Richtlinie über die Gebührenerhebung des kantonalen Gewässerschutzamtes. 821.02 Verordnung über den Abwassertarif 2 Für ungedeckte Parkplätze gilt die gleiche Gebühr wie für Einstellhallen. 3 Die Gebühr für Gartenhallen, Wintergärten und kleine Anbauten beträgt pauschal CHF 150.00.
