§ 5 Erhöhung der Zuschläge
Ein Zuschlag nach § 3 erhöht sich für jede Person, die nach § 53 Absatz 4 des Bundesbesoldungsgesetzes berücksichtigungsfähig ist, um 10 Prozent, sofern sich die Person an dem Dienstort, für den der Zuschlag festgesetzt worden ist, nicht nur vorübergehend aufhält.
