§ 24. Toetuse tagasimaksmine
(1) Tagasinõutud toetus tuleb tagasi maksta 60 kalendripäeva jooksul sellekohase nõude saamisest E-toetuse keskkonna vahendusel, vastasel korral antakse toetuse tagasinõudmise otsus sundtäitmisele. (2) Tagasimaksmisele kuuluva toetuse võib tasaarveldada sama projekti raames maksmisele kuuluva toetusega, arvestades § 5 lõikes 8 sätestatut.
