Art. 3b
Ist eine Bank Teil einer Finanzgruppe oder eines Finanzkonglomerats, so kann die FINMA ihre Bewilligung vom Bestehen einer angemessenen konsolidierten Aufsicht durch eine Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde abhängig machen. Eingefügt durch Anhang Ziff. II 6 des Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetzes vom 17. Dez. 2004, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2006 (AS 2005 5269; BBl 2003 3789).
