Art. 4 Stimm- und Wahlrecht
1 Die Schulgemeindeversammlung findet statt:Schulgemeindeversammlung a Einberufung und Durchführung a auf Einladung des Präsidiums, sooft es die Geschäfte erfordern, jedoch wenigstens einmal jährlich, b wenn mindestens 5 Prozent der Stimmberechtigten die Einberufung verlangen. 2 Die Einberufung ist mindestens ein Monat vorher im Thuner Amtsanzeiger unter Angabe der Traktanden zu publizieren. Die Versammlung ann nur über publizierte Geschäfte beschliessen.k 3 Das Präsidium oder dessen Stellvertretung leitet die Verhandlungen. Die Verhandlungen sind zu protokollieren.
