§ 11. Taotluse rahuldamise ja rahuldamata jätmise otsuse tegemine
(1) Taotluse rahuldamise, osalise rahuldamise või rahuldamata jätmise otsuse teeb hindamiskomisjoni ettepanekul Kaitseministeeriumi kantsler. (2) Otsus taotluse kohta edastatakse taotlejale pärast otsuse tegemist e-keskkonnas.
