Title 99 Water Projects

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

Your change, as a redline

99-1-101. Definitions.

(a) As used in this act [§§ 99-1-101 through 99-1-105]: (i) "Commission" means the Wyoming water development commission; (ii) "Department" means the Wyoming department of economic planning and development; (iii) "Project" means the Deer Creek dam, spillway, outlet works and appurtenances as described in Section 2 of this act [§ 99-1-102]; (iv) "Water development account" means the account created by W.S. 39-6-302(c) and 39-6-305(g). (Laws 1985, ch. 89, § 1.)

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
