Art. 40bbis Haftpflichtversicherung
Der Inhaber eines Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmens muss eine Haftpflichtversicherung mit einer Deckungssumme von mindestens 100 Millionen Franken abschliessen. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I des BG vom 29. Sept. 2023 (Umsetzung der technischen Säule des 4. EU-Eisenbahnpakets), in Kraft seit 1. Juli 2024 (AS 2024 152; BBl 2023 703).
