Art. 48b Strategisches Entwicklungsprogramm
1 Die Infrastruktur wird im Rahmen eines strategischen Entwicklungsprogramms schrittweise ausgebaut. 2 Das strategische Entwicklungsprogramm wird vom Bund unter Einbezug der Kantone der jeweiligen Planungsregionen und der betroffenen Eisenbahnunternehmen periodisch nachgeführt. 3 Der Bundesrat legt der Bundesversammlung alle vier Jahre einen Bericht zum Stand des Ausbaus, zu notwendigen Anpassungen des strategischen Entwicklungsprogramms und zum nächsten geplanten Ausbauschritt vor.
