§ 40 Übermittlung sonstiger Daten
Die nach § 33 Abs. 2 gespeicherten Daten über Beruf und Gewerbe (Wirtschaftszweig) dürfen nur für die Zwecke nach § 32 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 und 5 an die hierfür zuständigen Behörden übermittelt werden. Außerdem dürfen diese Daten für Zwecke der Statistik (§ 38a Abs. 1) übermittelt werden; die Zulässigkeit und die Durchführung von statistischen Vorhaben richten sich nach § 38a.
