(1) Das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie teilt dem Einzahlenden nach § 2 Absatz 1 des Entsorgungsfondsgesetzes (Einzahlender) spätestens bis zum 28. Juni 2017 das Konto nach § 9 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Entsorgungsfondsgesetzes in Textform mit. (2) Die Einzahlenden teilen dem Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie spätestens bis zum 27. Juni 2017 die Kontaktdaten mit, die für die Mitteilung des Kontos benutzt werden sollen.
