Gewährleistung des Sollbestands 1 Der Gemeinderat oder das von ihm ermächtigte Organ kann nichtpflichtige, volljährige Personen zum Feuerwehrdienst verpflichten, wenn der Sollbestand der Feuerwehr nicht anders erreicht werden kann.
