Art. 23 Aussetzung des nationalen Verfahrens
(1) Ein Bestimmungsamt darf die internationale Anmeldung vor dem Ablauf der nach Artikel 22 massgeblichen Frist nicht prüfen oder bearbeiten. (2) Unbeschadet des Absatzes 1 kann jedes Bestimmungsamt auf ausdrücklichen Antrag des Anmelders die Bearbeitung oder Prüfung der internationalen Anmeldung jederzeit aufnehmen.
