§ 16 Übermittlung des nationalen Luftreinhalteprogramms
Das Umweltbundesamt übermittelt der Europäischen Kommission das beschlossene nationale Luftreinhalteprogramm bis zum 31. März 2019. Wird das nationale Luftreinhalteprogramm aktualisiert, so übermittelt das Umweltbundesamt der Europäischen Kommission das aktualisierte beschlossene Programm innerhalb von zwei Monaten nach dessen Beschluss.
