Auf Grund des § 36a Satz 1 bis 3 und 5 des Gesetzes über die Deutsche Bundesbank, der durch Artikel 9 Nummer 3 des Gesetzes vom 22. Dezember 2011 (BGBl. I S. 2959) eingefügt worden ist, in Verbindung mit § 1 der Verordnung zur Übertragung der Verordnungsermächtigung nach § 36a des Gesetzes über die Deutsche Bundesbank vom 9. Juli 2012 (BGBl. I S. 1507) verordnet der Vorstand der Deutschen Bundesbank im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium der Finanzen:
