§ 5 Nutzerausschuß
(1) Der Nutzerausschuß wird aus den Nutzern eines Flugplatzes gebildet. Der Nutzerausschuß gibt sich eine Geschäftsordnung. Die in den "Anforderungen an eine Geschäftsordnung" (Anlage 4) enthaltenen Grundsätze sind hierbei zu beachten. (2) Die Luftfahrtbehörde lädt die Nutzer zur konstituierenden Sitzung ein. Sie kann diese Aufgabe dem Flugplatzunternehmer übertragen.
