Art. 16 D. Wiederkehrende Gebühren
Arten 1 Die Gemeinde erhebt als wiederkehrende Gebühren: a) eine jährliche Grundgebühr einschliesslich der jährlichen Miete für einen Wasserzähler und b) Verbrauchsgebühren. 2 Die Gebührenansätze sind so festzulegen, dass die gesamten Einnahmen aus der Grundgebühr mindestens 30 Prozent und höchstens 50 Prozent der gesamten wiederkehrenden Gebühren betragen.
