§ 12 Übergangsvorschriften
(1) Die bis zum 31. Dezember 2000 begonnenen Prüfungsverfahren können nach den bisherigen Vorschriften bis zum 1. Juli 2002 zu Ende geführt werden. (2) Die zuständige Stelle kann auf Antrag des Prüfungsteilnehmers die Wiederholungsprüfung auch gemäß dieser Verordnung durchführen; § 8 Abs. 2 findet in diesem Fall keine Anwendung.
