§ 41 Änderung des Familienzuschlages
Der Familienzuschlag wird vom Ersten des Monats an gezahlt, in den das hierfür maßgebende Ereignis fällt. Er wird nicht mehr gezahlt für den Monat, in dem die Anspruchsvoraussetzungen an keinem Tage vorgelegen haben. Die Sätze 1 und 2 gelten entsprechend für die Zahlung von Teilbeträgen der Stufen des Familienzuschlages.
