§ 78 Übergangsregelung für Beamte bei den Postnachfolgeunternehmen
(1) Für Beamte, die bei den Postnachfolgeunternehmen beschäftigt sind, sind die Beträge des Grundgehaltes nach Anlage IV, des Familienzuschlags nach Anlage V und der Amts- und Stellenzulagen nach Anlage IX mit dem Faktor 0,9524 zu multiplizieren. Die Beträge des Grundgehaltes in den Besoldungsgruppen A 2 bis A 8 sind vor der Multiplikation um 10,42 Euro zu vermindern. Es werden aber mindestens die zuletzt geltenden Beträge gezahlt.
(2) Das Bundesministerium des Innern, für Bau und Heimat macht die Beträge nach Absatz 1 in der jeweils geltenden Fassung im Bundesgesetzblatt bekannt.
