Beamten und Soldaten, die am 31. Mai 2017 eine Vergütung nach § 50a oder Auslandsdienstbezüge nach § 52 beziehen, werden diese bis zur Beendigung ihrer jeweiligen Verwendung weitergewährt, soweit dies für die Betroffenen günstiger ist als die Gewährung des Auslandsverwendungszuschlags nach § 56 in der ab dem 1.
