Disziplinarmassnahmen 1) Das Dienst- und Besoldungsreglement kann folgende Disziplinarmassnahmen vorsehen: a) den mündlichen Verweis; 22 Fassung: 01.01.2016 b) die schriftliche Verwarnung; c) die Einstellung in der Gehaltsvorrückung; d) die Kürzung der Besoldung; e) die Versetzung oder Rückversetzung im Amt mit gleicher oder geringerer Besoldung; f) die Rückversetzung in die provisorische Anstellung; g) die Suspension unter Kürzung oder Einstellung der Besoldung; h) die Entlassung. 2) Die Massnahmen nach Abs. 1 Bst. b bis h werden mit Verfügung angeordnet; ein mündlicher Verweis kann formlos erfolgen.33
