§ 2 Zeitlicher Anwendungsbereich
Diese Verordnung gilt bei Entscheidungen über Bewilligungszeiträume, die nach dem 31. Dezember 2011 beginnen. Für Bewilligungszeiträume, die in der Zeit zwischen dem 31. März 2004 und dem 1. Januar 2012 begonnen haben, gilt diese Verordnung in der bis zum 31. Dezember 2011 geltenden Fassung.
