Art. 29 Nachrichtendienst des Bundes
Der NDB nimmt auf Anfrage von fedpol Stellung, wenn Zweifel bestehen, ob ein Hinderungsgrund nach Artikel 7 Absatz 2 besteht bei einer Person: a. die um eine Erwerbs- oder Ausnahmebewilligung ersucht oder der eine solche Bewilligung erteilt worden ist; oder b. zu der eine Verdachtsmeldung vorliegt.
