Wer vorsätzlich einer gestützt auf dieses Gesetz an sie oder ihn erlassenen Verfügung nicht Folge leistet, wird mit Busse bestraft, sofern in der Verfügung auf die Strafandrohung dieses Artikels hingewiesen wurde.
