Art. 38 Übergangsbestimmung
Der Besitz von Vorläuferstoffen nach Artikel 3 Absatz 2 Buchstaben b und c, die vor Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes erworben worden sind, bleibt privaten Verwenderinnen erlaubt. Besteht die Gefahr einer unrechtmässigen Verwendung, so kann fedpol solche Vorläuferstoffe einziehen.
